Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).

For larger or custom orders — such as bulk collar requests — please allow a little extra time while we prepare your items with care. We’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay.

2. Shipping Costs
We charge a fixed postage and packing fee based on your selected delivery option at checkout.

Please note: Shipping prices are subject to change in accordance with postal service rates and packaging costs.

3. Delivery Options

We offer reliable domestic shipping via Royal Mail, with the following options available at checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95
Delivery aim: 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Saturday) - not guaranteed
Provides tracking and compensation cover up to £75

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95
Delivery aim: 1 working day (Monday to Saturday) - not guaranteed
Provides tracking and compensation cover up to £75

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm (Mon-Fri) – £10.50
Delivery next working day by 1 pm (orders must be placed before 12 pm)
Provides tracking and compensation cover up to £750

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm (Saturday) – £16.50
Saturday delivery by 1 pm (orders must be placed before 12 pm Friday)

Provides tracking and compensation cover up to £750

If you provide your email address or mobile phone number at checkout, we can usually arrange for Royal Mail tracking updates to be sent directly to you.

Factors that can affect delivery:

Location: Remote or hard-to-reach locations may have longer delivery times.
Service disruptions: Changes to mail volumes, transport disruptions, or other operational issues can cause delays. For updates on service issues in your area, please check the Royal Mail Service Updates page.
Bank Holidays: Deliveries do not occur on UK bank holidays.

📦 Posting to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney)
We dispatch parcels via Royal Mail domestic shipping, which includes posting to the Channel Islands, with prices and services generally the same as for UK destinations. However, please note:

Customs declarations are required for any goods sent to the Channel Islands. Form CN22 for orders up to £270, and Form CN23 for orders over £270.
Delivery times may vary, and some next-day guarantees may not apply due to customs checks and remote locations. For example, Special Delivery Guaranteed® to Guernsey may take up to two working days.

We offer free UK shipping on orders of £100 or more, provided you select either:
• Royal Mail Tracked 48, or
• Royal Mail Tracked 24

Please note: This offer excludes Special Delivery services, including next-day and Saturday guaranteed options.

4. Packaging
We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible, including recyclable or compostable materials.

Your order will be carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email hello@mabelgreenstudio.co.uk quoting your order number and date of purchase. We’ll do our best to help locate it or arrange a replacement if needed.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can’t be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be introduced in future, excluding the United States, due to tariff regulations. If you're based elsewhere and are interested in our products, please contact us — we’re happy to explore options.
