1. About Us
Mabel Green Studio is a UK-based sole trader business offering handmade lifestyle products, including FeliFeed® collars and accessories. Our registered location is Manchester, UK. You can contact us at hello@mabelgreenstudio.co.uk

2. Product Information
All products are handmade and described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of handmade production.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Mabel Green Studio is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on any orders. Payment is required at the time of purchase via secure checkout. We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time.

Each product displays PayPal’s “Pay in 3” instalment option on eligible orders. This feature is controlled entirely by PayPal and cannot be removed by Mabel Green Studio or from individual product listings. If you choose to use Pay in 3, the instalment plan is a separate agreement between you and PayPal, and all approvals, payments, and credit checks are handled directly by them.

4. Ordering and Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. However, for FeliFeed® collars — especially during periods of high demand or when fulfilling larger orders — dispatch may take slightly longer to allow for careful production and quality control. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you by email.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days. Please allow extra time during bank holidays, seasonal peaks, or adverse weather conditions. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, but we are not liable for delays caused by postal services or external factors beyond our control.

Additional delivery options, such as Royal Mail Guaranteed is available at checkout. Orders must be made before 12 noon.

6. Returns and Refunds
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To request a return, please get in touch with us by email within this period. Email: hello@mabelgreenstudio.co.uk

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitably packaged. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

If you paid using PayPal’s “Pay in 3”, your refund will be processed by PayPal. Once we issue the refund, PayPal will automatically adjust or cancel your instalment plan. Any instalments you have already paid will be refunded to you via PayPal, and any remaining instalments will be cancelled. All instalment agreements are managed directly by PayPal, and any questions regarding your Pay in 3 plan should be directed to them.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The item is faulty or damaged
Your return qualifies under the 14-day cancellation period

In either case, we will also refund the original delivery cost (standard shipping only). Upgraded delivery options — such as Royal Mail Special Next Day Guaranteed — are non-refundable.

Custom-made or hygiene-sensitive items — including FeliFeed® collars prepared to a specific size or specification and sealed for health protection — may not be eligible for return once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If a fault is only discoverable after opening, please contact us promptly with photographs and a description so we can resolve the issue fairly.

All refunds must be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. This includes card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. If your card has expired or you’ve changed banks, your bank should automatically redirect the funds to your new account.

This process is in line with UK payment regulations and anti-money laundering guidance. Mabel Green Studio does not have access to any customer bank details or payment account information.

This returns policy applies to all customers within the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and branding on this website — including the FeliFeed® name and logo — are the property of Mabel Green Studio and are protected by UK copyright and trademark law. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

8. Liability
We take care to ensure our products are safe and accurately described. However, Mabel Green Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts appropriate to your location.

10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Trade and Veterinary Clinic Orders
Bulk orders — including veterinary clinic purchases of 20 collars or more — may be subject to separate terms, including lead times, minimum quantities, and invoicing arrangements.
