Bespoke Support:

We understand that individual patients may have unique needs. Clinics are welcome to contact us directly to request specific, bespoke sizes for individual patients. For all enquiries or custom requests, please email us at hello@felifeed.co.uk.

Every support collar includes 5 × custom-modified protector pads to help cushion and provide physical protection for your pet's stoma site.

• Specifications: 5 × 5 cm, latex-free, thin film-faced, absorbent, and single-use.

• Custom Modification: To make positioning quick and stress-free, each pad features a precisely hand-cut central opening tailored specifically to fit your pet's feeding tube.

• Hygiene Standards: While the original manufacturer dressings begin as sterile units, the custom aperture modification requires opening the factory seal. We maintain strict, touch-free handling protocols and disinfect all modification tools with medical-grade 70% Isopropyl Alcohol before immediately enclosing the pads in protective glassine envelopes.

• Clinical Status: Consequently, these pre-cut pads are supplied strictly non-sterile for clean use.

• Care Advice: Pads are disposable and should be changed regularly in accordance with your vet's standard stoma-care instructions. (Need extras? Additional packs of 14, 28, 42, or 56 pre-cut pads can be purchased separately on our Protector Pads shop page).

Due to an adjustable Velcro tab closure, some pets may fit comfortably between two sizes. If in doubt, please refer to our Size Guide or email your pet’s neck circumference and neck length to hello@felifeed.co.uk and we’ll be happy to advise.

• Handcrafted in the UK   Each collar is made in our Manchester studio, where every piece is hand‑cut and finished with care.

• Responsibly sourced materials   We prioritise local suppliers and use breathable cotton linings for comfort. Many outer fabrics are vintage, repurposed, or limited‑run textiles, all pre‑washed for softness and hygiene.

• Thoughtful use of resources   Working with reclaimed and short‑run materials means pattern availability naturally varies over time. This slow‑made approach reduces waste, supports mindful reuse, and gives each collar its own character.

• Low‑impact production   Creating in limited quantities allows us to minimise excess, honour the materials we work with, and maintain a sustainable pace.
