1. About Us
Mabel Green Studio is a UK-based sole trader business offering handmade lifestyle products, including FeliFeed® collars and accessories. Our registered location is Manchester, UK. You can contact us at hello@mabelgreenstudio.co.uk
2. Product Information
All products are handmade and described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of handmade production.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Mabel Green Studio is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on any orders. Payment is required at the time of purchase via secure checkout or immediately on receipt of an invoice for the Loved Shirt Rework option. We reserve the right to update prices or product availability at any time.
PayPal’s “Pay in 3” instalment option may appear on eligible orders. This feature is controlled entirely by PayPal and cannot be removed by Mabel Green Studio or from individual product listings. If you choose to use Pay in 3, the instalment plan is a separate agreement between you and PayPal, and all approvals, payments, and credit checks are handled directly by them.
As of 14 July 2026, PayPal has introduced updates required by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for Deferred Payment Credit (BNPL) products. These changes include clearer upfront customer information, proportionate affordability assessments, improved support for customers experiencing financial difficulty, and access to complaints and redress mechanisms. All BNPL regulation, assessments, and customer support are managed solely by PayPal.
Customers who have questions, concerns, or complaints relating to PayPal’s Pay in 3 or BNPL products should contact PayPal directly. Support is available through the PayPal Resolution Centre (via your PayPal account), the PayPal Help Centre, or by calling 0800 368 7155. Mabel Green Studio cannot access, manage, or resolve BNPL‑related queries, as these are handled exclusively by PayPal.
4. Ordering and Contract
Standard Products
When you place an order for standard products, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Loved Shirt Rework Service
Loved Shirt Rework is a personalised transformation service. A contract is formed only when you accept the quotation, and payment has been received. Work will not begin until payment is made in full. Customers are responsible for the cost of posting their shirt to Mabel Green Studio.
We take care to discuss style options with you before rework begins, and we encourage you to review the Loved Shirt Rework Form and provide any preferences or notes. The form can be downloaded here: [Loved Shirt Rework Form PDF].
Because this is a personalised transformation service, the final result will vary depending on the shirt’s size, structure and condition. While we aim to meet your expectations, we cannot offer refunds or returns if you are unhappy with the finished transformation. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. However, for FeliFeed® and CaniFeed® Support Collars — especially during periods of high demand or when fulfilling larger orders — dispatch may take slightly longer to allow for careful production and quality control. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you by email.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days. Please allow extra time during bank holidays, seasonal peaks, or adverse weather conditions. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, but we are not liable for delays caused by postal services or external factors beyond our control.
Additional delivery options, such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day, are available at checkout. To qualify for guaranteed next-day delivery, orders must be made before 12 noon.
6. Returns and Refunds
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To request a return, please email within this period to hello@mabelgreenstudio.co.uk
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitably packaged. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
If you paid using PayPal’s “Pay in 3”, your refund will be processed by PayPal. Once we issue the refund, PayPal will automatically adjust or cancel your instalment plan. Any instalments you have already paid will be refunded to you via PayPal, and any remaining instalments will be cancelled. All instalment agreements are managed directly by PayPal, and any questions regarding your Pay in 3 plan should be directed to them (read item 3 above).
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

In either case, we will also refund the original delivery cost (standard shipping only). Upgraded delivery options — such as Royal Mail Special Next Day Guaranteed — are non‑refundable.
FeliFeed® and CaniFeed® Support Collars
We accept returns or exchanges for FeliFeed® and CaniFeed® collars if you ordered the wrong size. The sealed package may be opened for fitting; however, the collar must show no signs of wear and must be returned at the customer’s cost within the legally permitted return period (14 days from receipt to notify us, followed by 14 days to return the item). However, the sooner the item is returned, the sooner we can dispatch a replacement, ensuring that your pet is not left without appropriate support.
If a collar arrives damaged or defective, or if a fault becomes apparent only after opening, contact us promptly with photographs and a description so we can resolve the issue fairly.
All refunds must be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. This includes card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. If your card has expired or you’ve changed banks, your bank should automatically redirect the funds to your new account.
This process is in line with UK payment regulations and anti‑money laundering guidance.
Mabel Green Studio does not have access to any customer bank details or payment account information.
This returns policy applies to all customers within the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and branding on this website — including the FeliFeed® and CaniFeed® name and logo — are the property of Mabel Green Studio and are protected by UK copyright and trademark law. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
8. Liability
We take care to ensure our products are safe and accurately described. However, Mabel Green Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts appropriate to your location.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Trade and Veterinary Clinic Orders
Bulk orders — including veterinary clinic purchases of 20 collars or more — may be subject to separate terms, including lead times, minimum quantities, and invoicing arrangements.

12. The Mabel Green Studio eGift Card
The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and usage of eGift Cards, subsequently referred to as “the Mabel Green Studio Gift Card”.
The Mabel Green Studio Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
You may use the Mabel Green Studio Gift Card to make purchases online at mabelgreenstudio.co.uk. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on other websites or in stores that sell Mabel Green Studio products.
Mabel Green Studio Gift Cards can be ordered online in pounds sterling only and may be used by UK residents only at this time.
Gift card denominations are £10 to £200. If you wish to purchase another denomination, you may buy multiple cards. For example, to purchase a £250 eGift Card, you should purchase a £200 card and a £50 card. No postage fee is charged as the Mabel Green Studio Gift Card is sent digitally via email.
Once purchased, Mabel Green Studio Gift Cards cannot be topped up. A new Gift Card will need to be issued for any additional amount required.
The Mabel Green Studio Gift Card cannot be purchased using another gift card.
Mabel Green Studio Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods of the same price or a higher price than the value on the card, with any difference payable at checkout. Change will not be given.
All refunds of goods purchased with the Mabel Green Studio Gift Card will be made in accordance with Mabel Green Studio’s refund policy (mabelgreenstudio.co.uk/returns). This does not affect your statutory rights.
If any product purchased with a Mabel Green Studio Gift Card is subsequently returned, any refund will be added to the remaining balance on the Gift Card. Cash will not be given in lieu.
You may only redeem your Gift Card for purchases in Pounds Sterling.
The Mabel Green Studio Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Mabel Green Studio Gift Card.
Please protect your Mabel Green Studio Gift Card and treat it as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
Mabel Green Studio will cancel the value of the Gift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase. Further action may be taken where fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.
Each eGift Card includes a unique code generated automatically at the time of purchase. This code can be redeemed online within the UK and remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue, even if a balance remains. Once the 12‑month period has passed, the Gift Card will automatically expire, and any remaining balance will be cancelled. To check the status of a Gift Card, please email hello@mabelgreenstudio.co.uk with your order number.
If only part of the Gift Card value is used, the remaining balance stays active on the same original code. The code does not change or refresh after partial use.
Automatic reminder emails will be sent at 90, 120, and 240 days after the last Gift Card activity if any balance remains unused up to a value of £1.
Email Notifications
After purchase, an automated email is sent to the buyer or recipient (depending on the email entered). This email is sent with the subject line: “An eGift card for you from [buyer's name]” It includes the card image, eGift Card code, and a printable version. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder.
Mabel Green Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been duplicated or which is suspected of being affected by fraud.
Mabel Green Studio reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
